§ 9.16.020. Loitering by sex offenders prohibited.

No individual that has served a term of imprisonment or jail time for an offense for which registration is required pursuant to Section 290 of the Penal Code, shall knowingly loiter, as that term is defined in Section 9.16.010 of this code.
